Terms of Service
These Terms govern host accounts, guest submissions, paid event plans, and use of ScreenToast.
Effective September 8, 2026
Using ScreenToast
You must be able to enter a binding agreement in your location. A host is responsible for their account, event configuration, invited audience, and activity conducted through their event links. Guest links should be shared only with the intended audience.
Event service and purchases
ScreenToast provides a digital event experience that can include guest uploads, screened messages, a live display, event links, and plan-specific features. Photos are never printed or physically delivered. Same-day event setup is available.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. One-time plans activate the selected event. Availability, limits, retention periods, and included add-ons are those presented for the selected plan at purchase.
“Unlimited photos” means ScreenToast does not impose a photo-count cap during the event; per-file size, abuse-prevention, and fair-use limits still apply. A one-year Keepsake Gallery includes up to 10 GB of approved original photos per event. A larger archive may require an additional storage purchase or separate arrangement disclosed before the extension is completed.
Your content
Hosts and guests keep ownership of content they submit. By submitting content, you give ScreenToast a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, screen, resize, display, and transmit it as needed to provide and protect the event experience.
You may submit only content you have the right to use. Do not submit unlawful, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or otherwise harmful content. Automated screening may block a submission, and hosts or ScreenToast may remove content.
Guest gifts and third-party services
A host may provide links to Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle information, registries, or other destinations. ScreenToast does not process, hold, guarantee, refund, or resolve gifts completed through those services. The host and guest are responsible for verifying the destination before sending money.
Availability and display devices
We work to keep ScreenToast available, but internet access, browsers, televisions, casting hardware, third-party services, and device power settings can affect operation. The Wall requests a browser screen wake lock when supported, but hosts remain responsible for power, connectivity, and disabling device sleep or screen savers when necessary.
Refunds, cancellation, and enforcement
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains purchase remedies. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect guests, hosts, ScreenToast, or the service, or when these Terms are violated.
Disclaimers and responsibility
ScreenToast is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for content submitted by users, third-party gift transactions, or failures caused by customer equipment or third-party networks and services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will apply prospectively, and the effective date above will identify the current version. Questions may be sent to celebrations@screentoast.tv.
